Dear Parents and Carers

Thank you for your interest in Aureus School as a secondary school choice for your child.  We are very keen to show you around and share some of our achievements and highlights since we opened with our first cohort of Year 7s last September.

Please see below our schedule of Open Events for parents and carers of children who will be making a secondary school application by 31st October 2018.  Your child's date of birth should fall between 1st September 2007 - 31st August 2008.

Year 6 Open Evening - Thursday 4th October, 5.00pm - 9.00pm.

The Open Evening will provide an opportunity for you to look around the school and to meet some of our current students and staff.

Miss Wilson, our Headteacher will give a presentation in the Main Hall at 5.00pm, 6.00pm, 7.00pm and 8.00pm.

Due to the overwhelming interest we had at our Open Evening last year, please note that the earlier presentations at 5.00pm and 6.00pm do get extremely busy.

Year 6 Open Mornings - weeks commencing 8th and 15th October

For those who cannot make the Open Evening or who would like to look around the school while it is in operation, we will be holding a series of Open Mornings.  The Open Morning on 10th October will be aimed specifically at parents of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities and the Open Morning on 17th October will be aimed at parents of more able children.  This provides an opportunity for you to direct your questions to the specific leaders.

The dates for our Year 6 Open Mornings are:
