GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

CAMHS Check out the “good advice” section, it provides easy to read information about conditions, as well as advice on how to improve your health and wellbeing.
Childline Free, confidential support available 24/7. Trained counsellors are available by telephone, email or through the 1-2-1 counsellor chat. Information, videos and advice available on a huge range of topics.
Child Bereavement UK Child Bereavement UK supports families when a child is facing bereavement.
Moodjuice Offers information and advice to young people experiencing troublesome thoughts, feelings and actions. From the site you can print off various self-help workbooks for support.
Report Harmful Content Helping everyone to report harmful content online.
Samaritans The Samaritans offer a safe place for you to talk any time you like, in your own way – about whatever’s getting to you.
SeeSaw Grief support for children and young people in Oxfordshire.
The Mix Free information, support and listening for young people. Available by telephone 0808 808 4994, 1-2-1 Chat and Crisis Messenger.

Young Minds

The YoungMinds crisis messenger service provides free, 24/7 crisis support across the UK. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis and need support, you can text YM to 85258.

Calm Harm Calm Harm provides tasks to help people resist or manage the urge to selfharm.
For me Childline made easier – ‘For me’ is the brand new way to get advice and
support on a huge range of issues. You can also call, message or email a Childline counsellor.
Grief: Support for Young People Created by Child Bereavement UK for those who have been bereaved of someone important to them.
Headspace Meditation made simple. Meditation can help improve your
focus, exercise mindful awareness, relieve anxiety and reduce stress.
Moodtrack Diary Monitor and track your emotional health. It records a range of emotions for anxiety, depression, stress, posttraumatic stress and your general well-being
Relax Melodies Select sounds and melodies to help you sleep.
SAM Self-help for Anxiety Management – a self-help app to learn to manage anxiety.
What’s Up? What’s Up? uses CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy) methods to help you cope with depression, anxiety, anger, stress and more.
